Location:
Visit Aldor Acres Ltd. for some family fun on the farm. They are located 5 kilometers east of Fort Langley, or an easy 45 minute drive from Vancouver, BC.

General Information:
They have many attractions including an educational dairy tour, hayrides, a fall pumpkin festival, apples from their orchard, and Christmas trees too! Check individual attractions for opening dates, times, booking procedures, etc. This 120 acre farm grows pumpkins, corn, hay, silage, Christmas trees, apples, raspberries, and blueberries. Aldor Acres offers an interactive dairy farm display and tour, apple blossom tours in the Spring, apples and pumpkins in the fall, and Christmas trees.

Age Group:
Best age would be best around the age of 1 ½ and up. Of course all ages are welcome!

What is there to Do and See?
October/Halloween: Visit the Pumpkin patch in October. See the farm animal displays, take a hayride and pick the pumpkin you really want to carve from the field. General public can visit at any time - pumpkins are sold according to size - not by weight. Reservations are required for groups only and should be made ahead of time. Many different events happening throughout the month in addition to the farmyard animals and hayride to the pumpkin patch. See baby animals in their natural environment and visit our famous hands-on petting zoo. See Peter The Great and their huge white oxen, Zorro and Zeldo School/groups, farm education tours, dairy farm education tours at the dairy center, apple harvest education tours, birthday parties, company & church gatherings.

Dairy Farm and Apple Orchard Tours available to students at all grade levels.
Christmas Time: choose & cut your Christmas tree, play with the animals, sit by the fire & sip hot chocolate! Entrance Directly South Of Main Farm At 8249-252 Street

While supplies last! Choose from Douglas, Grand or Fraser Fir and Spruce trees! Starting at $6/foot (as of 2006)

Tips:

1. Wear proper clothing depending on the weather!

2. Best to wear boots as farms are usually quite muddy!

3. Be prepared at Halloween to carry heavy pumpkins back to the car!
